Here is a top down view of my level. I roughly described what is inside each room with a diagram. It was a sketch so I did not want to draw a heavily detailed version. My map includes each room and what the user will come up against.

To create this video I put a camera in my Unreal level. I edited it to create a video capture as it moved along the level. It captures every asset in the level. There is a cut as it goes towards the temple because I added a blueprint and created a teleporter on a block to send Ken from out side the temple to inside, giving the illusion that he just entered it.
